Cutting Center
Nova Steel Products has its own cutting center to cut the parts required to manufacture our products. This cutting center consists of 4 plasma cutting tables, 3 of which were installed in 2024, 1 laser cutting table (15KW), and 2 plate blasting machines.
Robotic Welding
In the last few years, the company has acquired cutting-edge welding robots. We now have more than 4 double tandem robotic cells that can accommodate the welding of complex assemblies weighing up to 3500kg. We also have 3 robotic welding portals for assemblies requiring linear welding.
Machining Center
The machining center can handle vertical and horizontal machining, column drilling and mechanical bending with a 500-ton pressure force.
